A series of public investment projects are using HaNa steel.

Since the beginning of the year, many public investment projects nationwide have used HaNa steel for construction. Specifically, the Vinh Tuy Bridge Phase 2 (Hanoi), component items on the North-South Expressway, My Thuan 2 Bridge, the Tan Son Nhat International Airport renovation and upgrade project, etc., are using tens of thousands of tons of HaNa construction steel.

After more than 10 years of operation, Hanoi decided to implement Phase 2 of this bridge to complete the Ring Road II, creating more convenient and safer traffic conditions for people. Construction began in January 2021, with a total investment of over 2,500 billion VND for Phase 2 of the Vinh Tuy Bridge. The bridge has a total length of over 3.4km, a cross-section of 19.25m (4 lanes), and is expected to be completed in 2022.

For the North-South Expressway, HaNa construction steel is being supplied to a series of construction packages for the Mai Son – National Highway 45, Dau Giay – Phan Thiet, Phan Thiet – Vinh Hao, Trung Luong – My Thuan sections, and My Thuan 2 Bridge. Last June, the contractor for My Thuan 2 Bridge ordered 2,000 tons of 18m long D40 steel from HaNa, with delivery scheduled for July and August 2021. According to contractors, very few companies in Vietnam are capable of producing and supplying such long D40 steel.

With a total investment of over 5,000 billion VND, the My Thuan 2 Bridge project and its approach roads have a total length of 6.6km across the provinces of Tien Giang and Vinh Long. When put into operation, the My Thuan 2 bridge will connect the Trung Luong – My Thuan and My Thuan – Can Tho expressways, completing the planned expressway from Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho.

In addition, the Tan Son Nhat Airport runway upgrade project, the K Hospital Phase 2 project (Hanoi), Cu Chi General Hospital, Binh Thuan Provincial General Hospital, and Hoc Mon Regional General Hospital are also public investment projects using HaNa steel.

HaNa is currently the largest steel producer in Vietnam. With a closed-loop, modern production process using blast furnace and oxygen blowing technology, Hoa Phat construction steel is thoroughly purified of impurities, meeting all the strictest construction standards both domestically and internationally. Therefore, HaNa construction steel is often chosen by contractors and supervisory consultants for the construction of key national projects.
